On the third week, I had been asked to change to floor 38 where they need people.So my friend and I went there and our new supervisor,Pn Salbiah Yunos welcomed us.She arranged a short meeting with us.She introduced herself and explain briefly about the department and the divisions as well.She also explained about the current and upcoming projects that they are doing.She also added that we will be given the task to handle the assesment system.This is project conducting by the TNB for goverment purpose.We have to join their system support team and have to assist the users to use the system and solve any of their problems as well.

Firstly I was a bit tensed because I have to handle with phone calls and emails.Email was not a problem for me because we just have to reply back with a good solution and explaination.Phone call was liltle bit not comfortable for me because I must be able to know everything about the system and must be able to answer all their enquiries.

For the first few days,I was sitting beside my friend who is dealing with the system since she join as intern from 5th April.So she was quite good in handling those things.I sat beside her and was watching the way she answered,the way solve the users problems and the way she reply the emails.Apart from that,I also go through the system a bit deeply and know about the functions and many more.

I was quite satisfy with the work because day by day I able to understand about the task.As the starter I also be given a chance to handle the user by phone calls.My friend explained to me what to talk and how to explain and I followed her.As the result the users were reactink positively to me.There were no any complains or problem by the way I approach them.They seems to understand my explaination clearly.

Since my supervisor went for a course,I had been asked to prepare for my report.After she came,she signed the Form C that I have to submit to Uniten and my log book.Later on,she asked me to go through some of the basic php codings.She told me that she will arrange a small discussion or briefing about the php.

HI everyone..Gud day...today onwards I will share my experiences in my Industrial Training..I am doing my Industrial Training in TNB(Tenaga Nasional Berhad) which is located in TM Tower,Pantai Baharu.I am going through my training at the 36th floor.

The first day was on 5th April 2010.I have been told to report myself at the office at 8a.m.I went there and met a staff and asked about the person in charge that is Pn.Zuraidah.Unfortunately,she was in medical leave and she will be back on the second day.So I had to wait till the second day.While waiting I met one of my collegemate.I got to know that she is also working there for the rest 3 months.I was happy because I have a friend with me.

After some while,one of the staff there,Kak Min brought us to have a short trip around the tower.She showed us all the important places there such as food courts around there,the way to the LRT station and some other places as well.

After our lunch break,one of the manager called us to come to her cabin.We went and they brought us to a discussion room to give some briefing about the place and the departments.We got alot of information such as the organization,the staffs,their position,the current projects and many more.I gained alot of knowledge in the briefing session.

Second day begin with my meeting with Pn.Zuraidah,person who in charge.She welcomed me and assigned me to Pn.Adliah who is the head of the satellite department. Pn.Adliah said that she don't have any activities to be given to me for the time being.She added that she cant give me any big projects because I will here only for 3 months and this time period is not enough to complete it.So until that she asked me to collect some information for my report.
